$75 flat fee plus the exact state fee, no markup, no waiting for a quote. You're paying to not be the one who finds out at the scale house that the permit's wrong. We file it right with ODOT, or you don't pay.
Same price on every load. Shown before you enter a card. No quote requests, no games.

We check your load against the state's self-issue envelope and portal status. Your card is authorized, not charged.
We submit the permit with the state DOT, send you the PDF, and only then capture your card.
Often same business day for self-issue loads. Superloads and loads above the self-issue envelope go to ODOT staff review with no fixed turnaround.
Ohio requires a special hauling permit once a load exceeds legal limits: over 8 feet 6 inches wide, over 13 feet 6 inches high, over 53 feet trailer length, or over 80,000 pounds gross. Permits are filed through ODOT's OHPS portal, which requires an OH|ID state login.
Self-issue loads (up to 14 feet 6 inches high, 14 feet wide, and 160,000 pounds gross) can often issue the same business day. Loads above that envelope go to ODOT staff review, which does not carry a published turnaround.
An oversize-only, one-way Ohio permit starts at $75, or $110 for a round trip, set by ODOT. Overweight loads add a weight-based fee. We pass the ODOT amount through at cost and add our flat $75 service fee.
Ohio's permit fees are generally non-refundable once filed (ODOT refunds only its own errors), so we sanity-check your load and route data before we submit.
Ohio oversize loads move in daylight; movement from sunset to sunrise is generally prohibited. Escort requirements are set at the issuing office's discretion and print on the permit. We flag them but do not provide escorts.
Ohio restricts oversize movement around six holidays (roughly noon the day before through sunrise the day after); overweight-only loads may still move. Follow the exact conditions on your issued permit.
